Lakeview land ownership is a mix of private, developer-owned, and city-owned parcels.
Neighbourhood planning is underway, and we anticipate its completion by Q1 2027. The outcome of the amended NP will reduce development timelines and costs and improve coordination of services and infrastructure. Redistricting of parcels will align with the completed neighbourhood plan and will provide clarity of land uses.
