About the Program
- With $8M of incentives, the Development Acceleration Program (DAP) is intended to jump-start early-stage development in Lakeview Business District

Can I take advantage of both DAP incentive streams?
Yes, the same developer can take advantage of both the land development and building construction streams if they perform both phases.
When do I get reimbursed for land-servicing?
Reimbursement will take place once you have:
- Serviced a minimum of 30 acres within the Lakeview Business District;
- Received a Construction Completion Certificate (CCC) for that servicing; and
- Obtained endorsement for a Plan of Subdivision, and registered that Plan with Alberta Land Titles.

When do I get reimbursed for building construction?
Reimbursement will take place once you have:
- Completed building construction on a minimum 30-acre site within Lakeview; and
- Obtained a final inspection permit for that building.
