Development Accelerator Program

The DAP will offer a reimbursement-based incentive tailored to encourage early-stage development. The program will offer up to $110,000/acre for land development and construction of industrial and commercial buildings in Lakeview Business District.

The program will be ready to receive applications starting in January 2026.
