About the Program

Creation of the Development Acceleration Program (DAP) is intended to catalyze and accelerate early development of serviced industrial and commercial land in Lakeview Business District, through a financial incentive to companies who undertake initial-stage land development and building construction.

The DAP will offer a reimbursement-based incentive tailored to encourage early-stage development. The program will have a two-phase approach and offer up to $110,000/acre for land development and construction of light to medium industrial and commercial buildings in Lakeview Business District.

Detailed information can be found in the following Program Guideline documents.
